The large hall (305m2 including stage, 13.2m x 16.7m) has soft vinyl/rubber floor and a brand new, commercial kitchen, fully air-conditioning/heating, good overhead lighting, a large stage (5m x 13.2m x 1m or 5m x 8.6m x 1m partition to partition), foyer (60m2), storerooms, outside courtyard areas and ample car parking.
Facilities included with the hire of the Hall are:
- 200 stackable chairs and 30 trestle tables (1.8m x 0.75m)
- portable PA system with 2 microphones (extra hire cost of $80)
- projector and screen (extra hire cost of $50)
- pack up and cleaning fee after function ($250)
- commercial kitchen with 2 fridge/freezers, oven and grill, 4 burner cook top, dishwasher, microwave and water urn
- cutlery, crockery and glassware for 100 people (extra hire cost of $70)
- separate modern toilets for male, female and disabled persons.
The facility is a non-smoking site.
Hire fees are set out below. A special discount of 10% applies to regular bookings of 10 hours a week or more. This discount does not apply for other irregular events/times. Regular hirers need to book for irregular events/times separately and standard rates, as set out in the hire rate below, will apply to such bookings.
