The large hall (266m2 or 14m x 19m including a stage) has parquetry floor and a separate, fully equipped kitchen. It has ducted air-conditioning/heating, good overhead lighting and ample car parking.
Facilities included with the hire of the Hall are:
- 250 stackable chairs and 32 trestle tables (1.8m x 0.75m)
- Commercial kitchen with 2 x fridge/freezer, 2 x oven and grill, 2 x 4 burner cook top, dishwasher, microwave and water urn
- PA System (2 microphones, incl CD/MP3/iPod/USB player) (extra hire cost of $100)
- Portable PA system with 2 microphones (extra hire cost of $80)
- Projector and large Screen (extra hire cost of $50)
- Pack up and Cleaning fee after function ($220)
- Cutlery, crockery for 160 people (extra hire cost $70)
- Glasses and carafes, water jugs (extra hire cost $40)
- Separate male, female and disabled toilets

- Large, well equipped kitchen (25.5m² 3.7m x 7m)
- 2 x fridge/freezer, 2 x oven and grill, 2 x 4 burner cook top, dishwasher, microwave and water urn.
The facility is a non-smoking site.
Hire fees are set out below. A special discount of 10% applies to regular bookings of 10 hours a week or more. This discount does not apply for other irregular events/times. Regular hirers need to book for irregular events/times separately and standard rates, as set out in the hire rate below, will apply to such bookings.
